Focus
Enterprise partnerships and AI initiatives rarely fail because of strategy. They fail because product, engineering, sales, legal, and partner teams operate independently, with no shared governance layer connecting them.
My work is building that layer: the operating models, lifecycle governance, and commercialization frameworks that turn strategic partnerships and AI investments into measurable, accountable outcomes rather than slideware.
I'm currently focused on roles at the intersection of AI governance and partnership strategy, where the work is standing up the operating system, not optimizing one that already exists.
